Aqua aerobics is an exercise that everyone can enjoy. It is a great cardio workout without having to wait in line at the gym, or end up with sore joints pounding the pavement. You can work as hard (or easy) as you want to. Classes run for around an hour, and in that time you’ll feel your muscles worked all over. It is a way of exercising which allows the ‘super fit’ to be in the same class as the ‘just want to get rid of the winter excess’. You’ll find that it is a suitable and enjoyable form of exercise for pretty much everyone. It can increase your endurance, muscle tone, flexibility & range of motion, and strength.
