The Southport Adult squad is a squad where like-minded athletes are able to train and compete in a social and fun environment.

The focus and pace of each session is not dictated to you, rather chosen by YOU at a level you find comfortable and appropriate for your own needs - whether that be state, national and international master's competition or health, fitness and wellbeing.

Swimmers continually receive technical feedback with a view on improvement and progression, all pools are utilized at the Gold Coast Aquatic Centre so all disciplines in swimming can be addressed from sprint and distance swimming to open water competitions.
